Link HoldCo BV lowers stake in Fawry to 4.99%

Arab Finance: Link HoldCo BV has lowered its stake in Fawry for Banking Technology and Electronic Payments to 4.99% from 5.097%, according to a shareholding disclosure on July 2^nd.

This came after Link HoldCo BV sold 3.393 million shares in Fawry at an average price of EGP 6.091 per share, or a total of EGP 20.665 million.

Fawry is an Egypt-based company that provides an electronic payment network. The company allows users to pay bills in multiple channels, such as online, using automated teller machines, mobile wallets, and retail points.
