Madinet Masr eyes expansion in Cairo, North Coast, Red Sea: CEO

Arab Finance: Madinet Masr is seeking to acquire additional land plots in East and West Cairo, the North Coast, and the Red Sea, the company’s CEO Abdallah Sallam told Asharq Business.

The company is currently keeping an eye out for potential expansion opportunities across the Arab countries, Sallam noted.

Sallam expects the prices of real estate units to grow by no more than 15% until the year-end.
