Egypt appoints new governors

Arab Finance: Egypt has appointed new governors across several of its governorates.

The newly appointed officials were sworn in before President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The new governors include Ayman Muhammad Rashad Al-Shehabi as Governor of Damietta, Alaa Ibrahim Abdel Moati as Governor of Kafr El Sheikh, Ibrahim Shahawi Apolloimon as Governor of Menoufia, Hazem Muhammad Hassan Al-Ashmouni as Governor of Sharqia, Khaled Mubarak Hussein Bakri as Governor of South Sinai, and Khaled Shuaib Mahmoud Hussein as Governor of Matrouh.

Additionally, Mohamed Al-Zamlot has been appointed as Governor of the New Valley, Amr Mohamed Hanafi as Governor of the Red Sea, Khaled Mujawar Muhammad as Governor of North Sinai, Ismail Mohamed Kamal as Governor of Aswan, Moheb Habashi Khalil as Governor of Port Said, Akram Muhammad Jalal as Governor of Ismailia, Tariq Hamid Al-Shazly as Governor of Suez, and Ahmed Khaled Hassan Saeed as Governor of Alexandria.

Moreover, Abdel Muttalib Mamdouh Amara will serve as Governor of Luxor, Ashraf Magdy Ibrahim El Gendy as Governor of Gharbia, Ibrahim Saber Khalil Khalil as Governor of Cairo, Adel Saeed Ibrahim Al-Najjar as Governor of Giza, Ayman Muhammad Ibrahim Attia as Governor of Qalyubia, and Jacqueline Azar Abdel Halim Azer as Governor of the Beheira.

The list continues with Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ansari as Governor of Fayoum, Muhammad Hani Gamal El-Din Ghoneim as Governor of Beni Suef, Imad Ahmed Mahmoud Kadwani as Governor of Minya, Hisham Ahmed Abu Al-Nasr as Governor of Assiut, Abdel Fattah Nour El-Din Siraj as Governor of Sohag, Khaled Mahmoud Abdel Halim Abdel Aal as Governor of Qena, and Tariq Marzouk Abdel-Mughni as Governor of Dakahlia.
