FRA, Communications Ministry to enable financial firms to access customer contact information

Arab Finance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to enable financial institutions to inquire about customers’ contact data, Chairman Mohamed Farid told Asharq Business.

The FRA is currently receiving new requests to establish precious metals-focused investment funds.

On July 15^th, Minister of Communication and Information Technology Amr Talaat revealed that Egypt is expected to begin operating the eSIM service within two months.
