FRA greenlights capital increase for Egyptian Modern Education Systems

Arab Finance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved publishing the disclosure form proposed by the Egyptian Modern Education Systems’ board to raise its issued and paid-up capital, as per a statement by the FRA.

Hence, the capital will increase to EGP 200.5 million from EGP 100.5 million by inviting senior shareholders to subscribe to the company’s rights issue.

Established in 2001, Egyptian Modern Education Systems operates within the consumer services sector focusing on education services.
