Arab Finance: Misr Hotels Company (MHOT) reported a 77.4% year-on-year (YoY) hike in net profit for the fiscal year (FY) 2023/2024, according to the company’s financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 8^th.

The company has achieved a net profit after tax of EGP 1.454 billion in the July 2023-June 2024 period, compared to EGP 819.760 million in FY 2022/2023.

Moreover, the company generated revenues of EGP 1.438 billion in FY 2023/2024, compared to EGP 975.986 million a FY earlier, with an annual growth of 47.4%.

Misr Hotels is an Egypt-based joint stock company engaged in tourism investment activities.
