Arab Finance: Egypt-based Home Group Developments has partnered with the Saudi Aseel Group, a subsidiary of Saleh Almudayfer Sons Holding Company, to build a commercial, administrative, and medical mall in New Cairo with investments exceeding EGP 1 billion, Al Mal News reported.

The project is set to be delivered within three years, Chairman of Home Group Developments Anton Gamal said, adding that Smarch Architecture will act as the project’s architectural advisor.

Gamal pointed out that the company offers flexible payment plans for customers and payment periods reaching up to six years.

It is worth noting that Home Group Developments holds a land portfolio of 50,000 square meters, covering around 79 separate projects, 22 of which are currently under development, Gamal revealed.
