Arab Finance: Fitness Prime Health Clubs has submitted an offer to Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development to take part in the establishment of a sports club on a 25-feddan area in New Heliopolis City, as per a statement.

The investment cost of the project is around EGP 175 million, with Heliopolis Housing holding 57% of the project and Fitness Prime owning 43%.

Fitness Prime intends to self-finance the project, with the possibility of exploring other financing sources if necessary, the statement read.

Heliopolis Housing is currently studying the offer, it added.
