Egypt, Qatar ink MoU on judicial cooperation

Arab Finance: Egyptian Minister of Justice Adnan Al-Fangari and Qatari Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Mohannadi signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Doha to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of justice and law, as per a statement.

The agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise in legal training, joint capacity-building programs for legal professionals, and cooperation in drafting international agreements and legal studies.

It also includes provisions for organizing joint conferences, exchanging legal publications, and participating in regional and international legal forums.

A joint technical committee will be formed to develop executive programs and ensure the effective implementation of the memorandum.

Al-Fangari emphasized that the agreement reflects the strong relations between Egypt and Qatar and underscores their commitment to enhancing legal cooperation at the international level.
