Arab Finance: Madinet Masr registered total sales of EGP 46.1 billion for 2024, according to a statement released on February 16th.
The EGX-listed real estate developer sold over 4,708 units across various projects during 2024.
These achievements align with the company’s strategy to expand its land portfolio and foster its leading position in the real estate sector.
“Also, we are committed to supporting the sustainable urban development goals in line with Egypt's Vision 2030,” Abdallah Sallam, President and CEO of Madinet Masr, said.
Madinet Masr’s sales performance is coupled with the launch of several key projects, including new compounds in Taj City, Sarai, and The Butterfly in Mostakbal City. This is in addition to the launch of Tajed, the first integrated commercial district in Taj City.
Regarding strategic partnerships, Madinet Masr has teamed up with Midar Investment and Urban Development to develop an integrated urban project in Mostakbal City.
It also partnered with Misr Al-Gadida for Housing and Development to expand in New Heliopolis City.
Furthermore, Madinet Masr collaborated with Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development to develop an integrated project in New Heliopolis City.
Meanwhile, the company aims to enhance its land portfolio, which spans over 12.7 million square meters, by developing new residential and commercial projects that adhere to the highest efficiency and quality standards.
