Egypt plans to raise oil production by 8% in FY2025/26

Arab Finance: Egypt aims to increase its oil production by 8% in the upcoming fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026 fiscal year to reach 485,000 barrels per day, an unnamed official told Asharq Business.

The rise in production is expected with the launch of new fields, expansions in existing fields, mainly in the Gulf of Suez, and increased investments from foreign partners.
