As part of its expansion plans, the company is exploring investment opportunities in 10 key countries, including Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and several European nations. Currently, it is developing projects in the UAE and preparing to launch its first project in Egypt. 

The upcoming project in Egypt marks a major step in Towns & Seas’ journey toward regional and global leadership in real estate development.

The project will focus on building integrated communities with green spaces, modern designs, and smart infrastructure, ensuring a high-quality, sustainable living environment.
