Emaar Misr for Development’s board has unanimously approved appointing BDO Keys Financial Consulting S.A.E. to set the fair value of the company’s and Sky Tower for Real Estate Development's shares and determine the swap ratio between the two companies for Emaar Misr's planned acquisition of the remaining 75% of Sky Tower.
