Orascom Construction PLC announced the completion of its transfer of incorporation from the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) to the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

Orascom Construction PLC’s board has approved transferring the company’s primary share listing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), while retaining its secondary listing on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Boursa Kuwait's indices showed a positive performance on Sunday. The Premier Market Index adding 50.51 points, or 0.61%, to close at 8,351.11 points.

The All Share Index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) edged down by 0.22% on Sunday and ended the trading session at 1,875.27 points, compared to 1,879.48 points on Thursday.

The All Share Index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) edged up by 0.31% on Thursday and ended the trading session at 1,879.48 points, compared to 1,873.73 points on Wednesday.

The Dubai Financial Market Index (DFMI) surged by 12.47%, or 571.61 points, to close Thursday’s trading session at 5,154.97 points.

The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange shed by 0.17% on Thursday, closing at 12,417.80 points, slightly down from 12,439.48 points in the previous session.

The Dubai Financial Market Index (DFMI) jumped 13.06%, adding 592.43 points to close Wednesday’s session at 5,129.35 points.

The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange rose by 0.15% on Wednesday, closing at 12,439.48 points, slightly up from 12,420.64 points in the previous session.

The Dubai Financial Market Index (DFMI) rose by 15.57%, or 697.54 points, to close Tuesday’s trading session at 5,176.73 points.

The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange gained 0.39% on Tuesday, closing at 12,420.64 points, up from 12,372.89 points in the previous session.

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) has begun taking executive steps to create an electronic registry for investor relations officials in entities and companies whose financial instruments are listed on the EGX.

Trading on securities saw Arab and foreign investors as net sellers with EGP 99.601 million and EGP 23.740 million, respectively, while Egyptian traders were net buyers with EGP 75.860 million.

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) has shown a mixed performance at the closing of Tuesday’s trading session, with market capitalization reaching about EGP 1.168 trillion.
