Egypt's Cabinet has approved the launch of the economic entities platform as part of efforts to streamline business procedures, improve investor services, and advance Egypt's digital transformation agenda.

EDECS, a regional engineering and contracting group, signed an agreement with MEDLOG, a logistics provider under the MSC Group, to develop a dry port in 10th of Ramadan City, aimed at expanding Egypt’s freight capacity and logistics infrastructure.

The General Authority for Land and Dry Ports (GALDP) has signed a contract with the Swiss logistics firm MEDLOG for the financing, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the dry port and logistics area in the 10th of Ramadan City.
