Arab Finance: The UAE-based food and beverage company Al Malaky Royal is considering establishing a factory in Egypt in the coming period with initial investments of $3 million, the firm’s Sales Manager for Beverages Ammar Al Masry told Al Borsa News.
The company is targeting to access the Egyptian market via its agents and distributors, Al Masry said, adding that it will later submit a request to the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) to obtain the land and approvals required to set up the factory
Al Masry pointed out that accessing the Egyptian market would boost the company’s exports to Africa.
