Arab Finance: The Ministry of Local Development will resume preparations for applying the new reconciliation over construction violations law to receive citizens' reconciliation applications at technological centers across all governorates starting from Tuesday, May 7^th, Minister Hisham Amna announced.

This is one of the top priorities of the Egyptian government for contributing to regulating the urban and construction system in the governorates, Amna said.

In the same vein, Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala Elsaid revealed the launch of a new mobile application today, in coordination with the ministries of local development and housing, for serving citizens and enabling them to seamlessly submit reconciliation requests online.

The newly launched application will help alleviate the burden on citizens and save their time, Elsaid added.

Each citizen with violations before October 15th, 2023, will be able to fill out and submit all the data related to their reconciliation requests through the new application.

These data will be directly transferred to the technological center affiliated with their governorate so that the remaining steps and procedures for reconciliation can be completed at the technological centers.
