Arab Finance: Informa Plc has opened its new regional hub office at CFC Business Park in Cairo, with the presence of Information Technology Industry Development Agency’s (ITIDA) CEO Ahmed Elzaher, according to an emailed press release.

This opening celebrates Informa’s 10th anniversary in Egypt, reflecting the company’s commitment to further expanding its footprint in Cairo.

The ceremony was attended by Group Chief Executive of Informa PLC Lord Stephen Carter, welcoming top governmental representatives, as well as VIP guests, esteemed partners, and business leaders from various sectors.

“This decision underscores Egypt's appeal as a premier and distinguished hub for exporting shared services and offshoring, while also bolstering the agency's plans to encourage local companies and attract more global enterprises to establish or expand their centers in Egypt,” Elzaher said.

“We are looking forward to the next decade of growth in Egypt and the region, and to further expanding and investing in our talented team of professionals in Cairo,” Carter noted
