Arab Finance: Prime Minister of Egypt Mostafa Madbouly met with the CEO of China Southern Glass Company (CSG Holding) He Jin to discuss the company’s solar cell glass manufacturing projects and its potential investment in Egypt, as per a statement.

On the sidelines of the Forum on China–Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), Madbouly expressed the Egyptian government's strong support for CSG Holding’s projects, emphasizing that the development of new and renewable energy is a top priority for Egypt through 2030.

He also asserted that the company would receive all necessary incentives and logistical support for its photovoltaic glass manufacturing and energy unit projects.

For his part, Jin requested that the Egyptian government provide incentives, production inputs, and essential services such as land, electricity, and water for the project.

Madbouly confirmed that the government would ensure the provision of necessary resources, including water, electricity, and natural gas, adding that CSG Holding has been granted a golden license to streamline project establishment.
