Henkel Egypt marks 10 years of innovation with GBS+ office in Cairo

Arab Finance: Henkel Egypt is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Global Business Solutions+ (GBS+) office in Cairo, showcasing its commitment to innovation and sustainable growth in the Egyptian market, as per an emailed press release.
This milestone highlights Henkel’s long-term strategy to strengthen its presence in Egypt and position the country as a hub for exporting products, technological solutions, and services.
Since its launch in 2014, GBS+ Cairo has grown significantly. The office now offers a wide range of services, including IT, data analytics, human resources, financial analysis, sales processing, and customer service.
These expansions have increased the number of departments from one to nine and created over 200 jobs.
GBS+ Cairo has also expanded its global reach, supporting over 75 countries in eight languages, up from just three at its inception.
"Our celebration of this important milestone embodies the success of the Global Business Solutions+ (GBS+) Office in Cairo and Henkel's global commitment to sustainable growth in Egypt,” Shereen Alaa, Head of Henkel Global Business Solutions+ in Cairo, said.
“Over the past decade, we started with just 10 employees and have continuously expanded our support to Henkel’s branches, not only in the Middle East and Africa, but globally as well. This dedication reflects our strengthened presence in the Egyptian market and supports regional and international expansion,” Alaa added.
