Arab Finance: Shell Markets Middle East Limited has signed an agreement with GB Auto Iraq, a subsidiary of GB Corp, to be the latter’s official distributor of automotive lubricants in Central and Southern Iraq, according to an emailed release on March 21^st.

As per the deal, Shell will provide GB Auto Iraq with high-quality lubricant products and solutions, including several automotive lubricants, such as Shell Helix, Shell Rimula, Shell Spirax, and Shell Gadus for end consumers.

“Our goal is to increase Shell Lubricant’s market share to 25% in the coming years and serve our customers efficiently and effectively,” said Shell’s General Manager Haytham Yehia.

“Through this partnership, we will now have access to distribute a high-quality product portfolio from Shell’s lubricants, which we are confident, will further enhance our reputation as a leading Franchised Workshop dealer in this market and allow us to meet the increasing demand for lubricants in Iraq,” Nader Ghabbour, Chief Executive Officer, GB Auto added.
