International for Agriculture Crops nods to capital increase

Arab Finance: The International Company for Agriculture Crops’ (ICAPP) board has approved increasing its issued and paid-up capital to EGP 184.88 million from EGP 168.07 million through the issuance of bonus shares, according to a statement on March 23^rd.

The capital increase of EGP 16.807 million will be distributed over 8.4 million shares at a par value of EGP 2 per share through the distribution of 1-for-10 stock dividends.
