Delta Construction terminates EGP 100M finance lease contract with ADIB’s arm

Arab Finance: Delta for Construction and Rebuilding (DCRC) has terminated an EGP 100 million five-year finance lease contract with ADI Finance, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Egypt, the firm said in a statement sent to the bourse on May 17th.

Delta is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the real estate investment sector.

The company’s activities include developing, owning, managing, buying, and selling residential real estate properties, as well as land subdivision and touristic projects development such as resorts and hotels.
