Arab Finance: Themar Securities Brokerage’s (EAC) board of directors has decided to purchase two administrative units in Zed East project, owned by Ora Developers, as per the company’s statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on September 6^th.

The company will buy the first administrative unit, spanning 114 square meters (sqm), for a total value of EGP 10.549 million via installments of EGP 92,535 per sqm. Only 10% of the unit’s value has been paid.

Extending over 187 sqm, the second unit will be purchased at a total value of EGP 12.850 million, 30% of which will be paid by Themar as a down payment and the remaining amount will be settled via installments.

Themar is an Egyptian company that operates a wide range of investment activities, including sale and purchase of securities, as well as the provision of financial advice, e-trading, ownership transfer, training sessions, and financial advisory services.
