Arab Finance: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee has approved listing the issued and paid-up capital increase of the Tenth of Ramadan for Pharmaceuticals Industries and Diagnostic Reagents (Rameda), the EGX announced on September 6th.
Accordingly, the issued and paid capital shall increase to EGP 380 million from EGP 252.113 million, with an increase of EGP 127.887 million.
This will be by issuing 511.549 million bonus shares, or 0.5225 bonus share for every share, at a par value of EGP 0.25 per share.
The eligibility in distribution will be for shareholders on a record date on September 20th.
The company’s shares will be listed after the capital increase on the EGX's database with determining a reference price for its shares as of September 21st.
