Giza General Contracting transfers rights of EGP 80M land

Arab Finance: The board of directors of Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company (GGCC) approved transferring the rights to sell, waive, and lease land with an estimated value of EGP 80 million and the buildings on it from EFG Hermes Corp-Solutions to Beltone Leasing, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.

The land in question is located at 33,600 square meters on El-Katameya axis.

Giza General Contracting is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the construction and engineering industries sector.

The company is primarily involved in general contracting activities, such as operations, manufacturing, and trade in industry-related activities.
