Palm Hills, Marriott to build EGP 4B Ritz-Carlton hotel in West Cairo

Palm Hills, Marriott to build EGP 4B Ritz-Carlton hotel in West Cairo

Arab Finance: Palm Hills Development has signed an agreement with Marriott International to establish a luxury hotel under the name of Ritz-Carlton Palm Hills in West Cairo with investments of EGP 4 billion, as per a statement.

To be established at Palm Hills October project, the hotel will comprise 150 rooms, 50 apartments, five restaurants, gyms, swimming pools, a children club, and event halls.

The project is set to employ 600 staff members after operation and provide around 45,000 job opportunities during the construction period.

The hotel is expected to be inaugurated in 2027.
