AMOC’s consolidated profits leap 114% YoY in H1 2026

Arab Finance: Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC) registered consolidated net profits attributable to the shareholders amounting to EGP 1.881 billion in the first half (H1) of 2026, according to the financial results.

The profits soared by 114.15% from EGP 878.794 million registered in H1 2025.

Earnings per share (EPS) increased to EGP 1.46 in H1 2026 from EGP 0.68 in H1 2025, while net sales climbed to EGP 26.223 billion from EGP 19.376 billion.

As for the standalone results, net profits after tax jumped to EGP 1.634 billion at the end of June 2026 from EGP 677.724 million a year earlier, while EPS rose to EGP 1.27 from EGP 0.52.

Non-consolidated sales widened to EGP 25.598 billion from EGP 18.989 billion.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the group’s consolidated net profits after tax rose by 37% YoY to EGP 635.119 million from EGP 463.065 million.
