Eastern Company’s standalone profits fall 4% YoY in 6 months

Arab Finance: Eastern Company logged standalone net profits after tax worth EGP 4.155 billion in the first half (H1) of 2026, down 4% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 4.328 billion, according to the financial results.

Total sales increased by 5% YoY to EGP 55.840 billion at the end of June 2026 from EGP 53.292 billion.

Meanwhile, consolidated net profit jumped by 12.37% to EGP 6.048 billion in H1 FY2025/2026 from EGP 5.382 billion during the same period in the previous FY.
