Arab Finance: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBank) approved increasing the issued and paid-up capital to EGP 18 billion from EGP 13.600 billion, according to a bourse filing.
The lender will issue 440 million bonus shares at a 0.323:1 share ratio.
Earlier this month, the lender allowed customers to pay over up to 36 months with no down payment, no interest, and no administrative fees through partnerships with Fawry, Geidea, and Noon.
At the end of December 2025, EBank recorded 16% year-on-year (YoY) higher consolidated net profits after tax valued at EGP 6.053 billion, compared to EGP 5.219 billion.
