Egyptians for Housing logs EGP 40.8M net profits in H1 2026

Arab Finance: Egyptians for Housing and Development Company recorded an annual rise of 0.19% in net profit to EGP 40.875 million during the first half (H1) of 2026, compared to EGP 40.794 million, according to the financial results.

Revenues climbed to EGP 132.783 million in H1 2026 from EGP 116.507 million a year earlier.

Earnings per share (EPS) were unchanged at EGP 0.61 in the January-June 2026 period.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the company’s net profits jumped by 23.84% to EGP 27.834 million from EGP 22.475 million in Q1 2025.
