Arab Finance: EGYTRANS NOSCO will pay EGP 0.35 per share cash dividends for 2025 earnings, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on July 15th.
The cash dividends will be paid in two tranches: the first, worth EGP 0.20 per share on August 2nd, and the second, valued at EGP 0.25 per share, on October 1st.
The dividend distribution will take place with eligibility in distribution to shareholders until July 28th’s trading session.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, Egytrans NOSCO posted consolidated net profits attributable to the parent of EGP 70.404 million, climbing 2,020% from EGP 3.320 million in Q1 2025.
In December 2025, Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company (EGYtrans) changed its name to EGYTRANS NOSCO.
