El-Sisi renews appointment of Cabinet Secretary-General for one year

Arab Finance: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi renewed the appointment of Alaa Hassan Qassem Mahdy El-Sherif as the Cabinet’s Secretary-General, with the rank of Deputy Minister, for a one-year term effective September 15, according to the Official Gazette.

The decision comes as part of the government’s efforts to maintain stability and support the Cabinet workflow, while enhancing administrative and executive efficiency within the organization.

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly recently issued a decree appointing Mohamed Adel as the Cabinet’s official spokesperson, succeeding Mohamed El-Homsany.
