Arab Finance: The board of Integrated Engineering decided to increase the issued and paid-up capital from EGP 50 million to EGP 90 million, according to a bourse filing.
The EGP 40 million hike will be distributed across 400 million shares with a par value of EGP 0.10 per share, with issuance expenses set at EGP 0.25.
Existing shareholders will subscribe to the new shares in proportion to their ownership stakes.
The transaction will be financed either through cash or by capitalizing credit balances owed to certain shareholders, as reflected in the company's financial statements as of June 30th, 2026.
Established in 2008, Integrated Engineering provides services in the fields of steel construction and installation works to contracting companies. It manufactures steel products, including tanks, angles, bars, pipes, pumps, and valves.
It is also involved in repair and maintenance services and provides painting and insulation projects as well as turnkey solutions. The company’s engineering works include basic and detailed engineering and workshop drawings.
