Arab Finance: Misr Hotels Company reported a 4.95% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit after tax to EGP 1.374 billion in fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026, according to financial indicators filed with the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The company’s net profit rose from EGP 1.31 billion in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue grew 2.8% to approximately EGP 1.96 billion in the fiscal year ended June 2026, compared with EGP 1.90 billion a year earlier.
Established in 1955, the joint stock company is engaged in tourism and hotel investment activities. The company focuses on hotel and tourism activities, including construction, purchase, and sale of hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, strips, beaches, and other touristic facilities. It also executes tourism, banking, financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate business activities as well as urban development activities.
