Mohamed Ayman Korra buys additional stake in Korra Energi for EGP 85.3M

Arab Finance: Mohamed Ayman Kamal El Din Mohamed Abdul Khaliq Korra raised his ownership in Korra Energi to 74.05% from 72.46%, as per a bourse filing.

Korra bought an additional 32.149 million shares in the EGX-listed company for EGP 85.370 million, marking an average price of EGP 2.66 per share.

Wilzy Securities and Brokerage was the broker for the transaction, which was implemented on October 19.

On October 18, he purchased 82.705 million shares at a total value of EGP 205.192 million, with an average price of EGP 2.48 per share.
