Orascom Development’s consolidated revenues down 6.26% YoY in H1 2026

Arab Finance: Orascom Development Egypt posted a 6.26% decline in its consolidated revenue during the first half (H1) of 2026, recording EGP 2.959 billion from EGP 3.157 billion in H1 2025, according to the company’s financial statements.

The company’s consolidated net profits after minority interest rose to EGP 14.817 million in the six months to June, compared to EGP 11.529 million in H1 2025.

In terms of standalone business, the firm garnered net profits after tax worth EGP 2.114 billion, down from EGP 2.749 billion.

Standalone revenues stood at EGP 5.212 billion, rising from EGP 5.022 billion.

ODE, the largest subsidiary of Orascom Development Holding (ODH), is a developer of resort towns, residential units, hotels, and recreational facilities such as golf courses, town centers, and marinas, in addition to supporting infrastructures, such as hospitals, schools, and utilities.
