Oct 29: Wadi Kom Ombo to review extending activity, losses reduction

Arab Finance: Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation (WKOL) called ordinary and extra-ordinary general assemblies to be convened on October 29.

OGM will ratify annual financial results for 2015/2016.

Moreover, EGM will discuss extending company’s activity as well as reducing delayed losses by LE5,025,830 and delaying it for the coming years.

EGM will also review transferring area of 5,300 square meters from fixed assets to lands held for sale, aiming to sell it in a public auction.
