EGX ratifies Misr Intercontinental’s purpose amendment

Arab Finance: The Listing Committee held on Wednesday December 21 has approved Misr Intercontinental for Granite & Marble’s (Egy-Ston) (MISR) to publish disclosure report to conduct procedures of calling extra-ordinary general assembly (EGM) to be convened.

EGM will review amending article number 3 from article of incorporation, through adding other activities to the company's purpose.

EGX added the company is committed to convene EGM within a month from disclosure report announcement.
