National Drilling's shareholders mull selling their stakes at $8,335

Arab Finance: National Drilling (NDRL) announced in a statement sent to EGX, one of the main investors revealed that there are negotiations with the company's shareholders, regarding purchasing the entire stake of the company's shares at $8,335 per share.

The company added that the purchase operation will be executed through excluding the tender offer.

National Drilling will keep the market informed with any updates on the matter.
