Golden Textiles' OGM okays cash dividends of LE0.5/share

Arab Finance: Golden Textiles & Clothes Wool (GTWL) declared in a statement sent to EGX, the ordinary general assembly was convened on May 06.

Golden Textiles' OGM approved the financial results for the fiscal period ending December 2016.as well as the profit distribution suggestion for the same fiscal period.

The OGM approved profit distribution of LE7,141,680 for the same fiscal period (LE0.50 per share) to be disbursed in two batches by the end of August 2017.

The profit will be distributed over 14,283,363 shares.
