GMC Group's board ratifies extending its activity

ArabFinance: GMC Group for Industrial Commercial & Financial Investments (GMCI) declared in a statement sent to EGX, the Board of Directors was convened on August 28.

The board approved calling the extraordinary general assembly to discuss amending article no. 5 from the company statute regarding extending the company's activity for 25 years.
