Union Pharmacist delays OGM to Nov 11 for dividends review

ArabFinance: Union Pharmacist Company for Medical Services and Investment (UPMS) declared in a statement sent to EGX, it has delayed the ordinary general assembly meeting to be convened on November 11, in which the OGM's meeting on October 21 has been canceled due to lack of quorum.

The OGM will discuss the profit distribution suggestion for financial results ending December 2016.

It is worth to mention, the company posted net profits of LE723,004 for FY2016, versus net profits of LE474,080 in the same period a year ago.
