May 25: Speed Medical EGM to discuss stock split

ArabFinance: Speed Medical’s (SPMD) extraordinary general assembly (EGM) will be convened on May 25, as per a Thursday bourse filing.

The EGM is scheduled to discuss splitting the stock par value to EGP 0.20 instead of EGP 1.

Moreover, the assembly will review amending Articles (6 and 7) from articles of association.
