ArabFinance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved to publish the disclosure on the amendment of Article 3 of International Company for Agricultural Products’ (IFAP) Articles of Association in accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of the Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing rules, according to a statement filed to the EGX.

It is worth noting that International for Agricultural Products’ board of directors previously agreed on the amendment of Article 3 of Articles of Association regarding the removal of packaging and wrapping from the company’s activities.

International for Agricultural Products is engaged in farming, trading, and distribution of crops and seeds. The company purchases cotton flowers and cotton seeds from producers, undertakes contracting activities with cotton ginning companies, and trades in cotton fibers and seeds.
