Wadi Kom Ombo for Land Reclamation sells EGP 803,620 land plots

ArabFinance: Wadi Kom Ombo for Land Reclamation Company (WKOL) announced that it has sold land plots at the area of Kom Ombo for EGP 803,620, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The company added that no land plots were sold in West Delta.

This comes as a result of the two auctions held on December 29^th, 2021, to sell land plots at Kom Ombo and West Delta.

Wadi Kom Ombo is an Egypt-based company that is engaged in the real estate development sector.

The company is involved in land reclamation, real estate development, and general contracting services, such activities as sale and purchase of land for building and agriculture, and operates it for its own account and third parties.
