Arab Finance: International Company for Agricultural Products (IFAP) has agreed in principle to sell 43,000-square-meter (sqm) land plot at the fourth phase of the industrial zone in Gamasa to Ebdaa Company for Chemical Industries, according to a statement published on September 7th.
The land plot will be allocated for the establishment of a project for the production of special fertilizers and fodder additives.
The two companies are in ongoing negotiations to agree upon the terms and conditions of the deal.
International for Agricultural Products is engaged in farming, trading, and distribution of crops and seeds. The company purchases cotton flowers and cotton seeds from producers, undertakes contracting activities with cotton ginning companies, and trades in cotton fibers and seeds.
