Arab Finance: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization (ELSH) recorded a net profit after tax of EGP 140.84 million in the first nine months of 2022, up from EGP 74.25 million in the same period last year, according to the unaudited financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on October 27th.
Revenue soared to EGP 289.29 million in the January-September period from EGP 174.11 million in the same period a year earlier.
Al Shams Housing is primarily focused on the purchase and lease operations of lands for the purpose of developing, managing, selling, and leasing out property and buildings, as well as offering contracting, construction, maintenance, and management services to residential, touristic, and administrative structures.
