Arab Finance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved to the publication of the disclosure form of B Investments Holding’s purchase offer to acquire up to 4.249 billion shares, representing 90% of the capital of Orascom Financial Holding, as per a disclosure.

Under the purchase offer, B Investments seeks to close the takeover deal via a share swap of 1 share of its capital for 56.76 shares of Orascom Financial’s capital.

B Investments Holding Company will issue capital increase shares of up to 74.859 million shares to be swapped, and the increased shares will be allocated to Orascom Financial’s  shareholders who respond to the purchase offer, with a minimum implementation rate of 51%.
