Banque Misr, Emirates NBD seal EGP 3.05B syndicated loan deal for Beyond Sky

Arab Finance: Banque Misr and Emirates NBD-Egypt have signed a nine-year syndicated loan agreement worth EGP 3.05 billion with Sky Investment’s arm Beyond Sky, as per an emailed press release.

The loan aims to partially cover the investment cost of Park Street East commercial and administrative project which is valued at around EGP 4.2 billion.

Banque Misr served as the deal’s lead manager with Emirates NBD-Egypt, financing agent, and escrow bank.
